Investment Strategy

Many small to middle market businesses struggle with challenges due to both internal
and external events. These can include lack of working capital, founders leaving or
passing, lack of revenue diversity, loss of key customers, key executives leaving the
company, regulatory issues or a pure economic downturn that can’t be overcome. Our
capital and execution growth driven approach can put the much needed “fuel” into
companies and poise them for an economic turnaround while creating a more stable
operating environment.

Our investment focus includes both B2B and B2C companies in industries such as:
manufacturing, consumer products, the arts, cultivation, branding, home décor, and
import/export. We do not limit the industries we approach and are more focused on
sound business and financial principals as we evaluate our investments.
We sponsor acquisitions that meet the following criteria:
 Control ownership
 Revenue > $10 million; EBITDA > $2 million
 Non-traditional private equity situations
 Long-term or indefinite holding periods
